each week at the designated time.  If a student misses because of illness, arrangements can be made for the dancer to
make up time with another class.  Students 12+ years old must have 70% attendance rate in order to participate in
performances.  All pointe students must have 80% attendance in order to participate in performances and to remain in
the class.  Perfect attendance trophies will be awarded at the annual recital to all students who have either attended or
made up all thier classes according to policy.

Performance Requirements
Students should attend the majority of their classes in order to participate in studio performances.  Advanced students
taking Pointe are required to attend 80% of their Pointe classes
on time in order to participate in the dance for their class.
Students in Advanced level classes (12 years old and up) must have 70% attendance in order to participate in
performances.

Classroom Attitude
Students must treat their peers and teachers with respect and participate fully in class.

Costume Ordering and Sizing
Costumes for all performances are required.  If you do not want your child to participate in a performance, you must
inform the instructor before costumes are ordered.  Upcoming performances will be announced in class, on the bulletin
board, and on the website.  Costume sizing is the parent's responsibility for all performances.  Recital costumes are
ordered months in advanced.  Children's costumes will be ordered one size larger than they measure into in November.
Teen costumes will be ordered in the size that the student best measures into.  If you would like this done any differently,
you must turn in your own measurements and/or size requests with your first costume/ recital fee.  Parents are
responsible for all alterations or exchange fees associated with all costumes.
